College graduates enter the job market full of knowledge, but they typically lack experience with execution in a professional work environment. This creates challenges for both the new employee and the employer.
The CCD program allows someone with three months of experience and good potential to grow their experience to 12 months and proven performance.
CCD interns receive mentorship to grow their knowledge of the role, partner company and industry. Interns participate in professional development opportunities, learn skills through modules and check in with peers and mentors weekly.
